An Oniiva Career Cohort is a curated group of professionals in career transition who meet every week. Shared structure, community and collaboration make the time to your next role both shorter and more rewarding.

We are currently running a limited pilot – free of charge. Places are limited and groups are matched carefully. Your answers help us place you in the right group.

Applications close 30 April. Once matched, you will hear from us within 10 days. First groups start in May.

Matching is done carefully – we never form a group without meeting our matching criteria. This takes time, but it ensures the quality of every group.
